WASHINGTON, 11 DEC - New slap in the face for Donald Trump: a federal judge in Texas has banned the US administration from using funds diverted from the Pentagon (3.6 million) to build the wall on the border with Mexico. The decision comes in a lawsuit filed by El Paso County and the 'Border Network for Human Rights' association, according to which the president abused his authority in declaring the national emergency to obtain the funds.
