MOSCOW, 14 NOV - Tight ties between Russia and the Donbass rebels are witnessed by new telephone interceptions between Russian officials and some separatist leaders. The conversations were published today by the Dutch-led International Investigation Team (Jit) on the Malaysian Boeing tragedy shot down in the skies of the Donbass at war in the summer of 2014. Phone calls date back to the weeks before the disaster in which 298 people died. The plane was shot down by a Russian-made missile.
