(ANSAmed) - BEIRUT, NOVEMBER 8 - At least three civilians have been killed in Russian airstrikes in the northwestern Syrian region of Idlib, according to concordant local sources and Syrian media. Since the beginning of the Russian and Syrian government air and land offensive on Idlib at the end of April, according to the National Observatory for Human Rights in Syria (Ondus), 4389 people have been killed: of these 1,120 are civilians.
