India: smog alert returns to Delhi

NEW DELHI, 08 NOV - New Delhi air has returned today to worrying levels of smog, after three days of relative decrease in pollution, thanks to the wind.
The light rains of yesterday have increased humidity, tracing the air quality index, which was described by the CPCB, the pollution control department, around the average level of 350. Traffic in the city continues to be on alternate license plates, with the exclusion, however, of taxis and autoricshaws, which circulate freely, such as motorcycles.
All the yards are blocked, sine die, until a new decision of the city administration; the association of builders complained in a statement of the serious economic damage caused by the stop indefinitely.
Yesterday, public transport saw a new bus go down the street, but the number of public transport vehicles circulating in the city is still enormously undersized compared to the need.
