NEW YORK, OCTOBER 31 - The bonfires give no respite to California. Early in the morning another fire developed in the San Bernardino area, less than 90 km from Los Angeles. Fueled by strong winds, the flames quickly blew over 80 hectares of land and the evacuation order was triggered for 490 houses for a total of 1300 residents. According to the Los Angeles Times, 450 firefighters and a helicopter are engaged there.
