LONDON, OCTOBER 21 - The speaker of the House of Commons, John Bercow, rejected the government's motion for Boris Johnson to put to the vote today the Brexit agreement reached by Prime Minister Tory with Brussels, but postponed Saturday with an amendment. According to Bercow the request cannot be re-proposed in the same form as Saturday. At this point, for the government it has run against the clock to have the implementation laws of the EU exit approved and to resubmit the deal immediately afterwards in a new context. Penalty for a postponement or no deal.
