Britain will leave the European Union on October 31 despite the letter, unsigned by the British prime minister, in which Parliament asks for an extension until January 31 for divorce. Michael Gove, the British minister commissioned by Boris Johnson to coordinate the intensification of preparations to bring the country out of the European Union without an agreement, assured it today to Sky News. Responding to those who asked him if he could guarantee Brexit later this month, Gove replied: Yes, this is the policy we have established. And then: We have the means and the skills to do it. Gove wanted to add that the letter was sent because the deputies requested it but Parliament cannot change the prime minister's mind or change government policy.
