WASHINGTON, 12 SEPTEMBER - Donald Trump postpones the increase in Chinese duties by 15 days, in what appears to be a relaxing gesture in view of the imminent resumption of negotiations: "at the request of the Chinese vice premier, Liu He, and the fact that the republic Chinese People will celebrate its 70th anniversary on October 1st, we have agreed, as a gesture of good will, to move the tariff increase to $ 250 billion of Chinese goods (from 25% to 30%) from October 1st to 15th October, "tweeted Trump.
