BEIJING, JULY 21 - Hong Kong police, after tear gas, used rubber bullets to disperse protesters. The tension rose when the Civil Human Rights Front march ended (430,000 for organizers, 138,000 for the police), protests continued, according to local media, surrounding the Beijing representative office, throwing eggs and balloons with ink against the red banner of the People's Republic of China.
