MOSCOW, 20 JULY - Tomorrow the Ukrainians are called to the polls to elect the new Parliament. The polls give the 'Servant of the People' party of the new pro-Western head of state, Volodymyr Zelensky, the head of the polls, which, exactly three months after the presidential run-off, will be able to consolidate its political leadership. According to research, the party of the former comedian should get between 41 and 52% of the votes. An extraordinary result, which may not be enough to win a solid majority, forcing Zelensky to choose an ally. Of the 424 seats up for grabs, 225 will in fact be assigned proportionally with a threshold of 5%, and therefore based on the results of the individual parties. But for the other 199, the majority and the single-member seats will be used, where independent candidates or sponsored by minor parties can also be elected.
