Central Mediterranean, -83% arrivals in the EU

BRUSSELS, 11 JULY - The total number of migrants who arrived in the EU through the central Mediterranean route in the first half of this year was around 3,200, 83% less than a year ago. Tunisians, Pakistanis and Algerians were the most represented nationalities. In all, 1,150 migrants were detected in June: a figure similar to that of May. This is announced by Frontex.
