CAIRO, JUNE 16 - Libyan Prime Minister Fayez al-Sarraj has proposed "an initiative" in seven points to get out of the current crisis among other things by holding a "Libyan conference in coordination" with the UN to find a agreement on a "roadmap" to hold "simultaneous presidential and parliamentary elections before the end of 2019".
