CARACAS, APRIL 3 - The constituent National Assembly (Anc, with a governmental majority) of Venezuela yesterday approved a decree authorizing the indictment and the revocation of the immunity of Juan Guaidó, head of the parliament opposing self-proclaimed interim president of the country.
The decision was adopted on the proposal of the Supreme Court of Justice (Tsj), which accused Guaidó of having violated a prohibition imposed on him to leave Venezuela.
