CARACAS, MARCH 25 - The city of Caracas and 15 Venezuelan states have been hit by a sudden blackout that occurred 20 days after such a larger incident that left almost all of Venezuela without light for almost a week.
The Venezuelan authorities have not yet clarified the reasons for the new incident, but the population, through social networks, has announced that about twenty districts of the capital were affected by it. In the capital, moreover, the underground and traffic lights have stopped, while cellular and internet services have stopped working.
