LONDON, MARCH 18 - The speaker of the House of Commons, John Bercow, vetoed a third attempt to ratify the Brexit agreement proposed by the Theresa May government, if the text has not changed. The decision - which undermines the strategy of Prime Minister Tory - was announced by Bercow after a long and detailed reconstruction of recent events (with the double heavy rejection of the same agreement) and the previous regulations established over the centuries, criticizing unilateral initiatives and repeated government postponements.
