CARACAS, MARCH 16 - German journalist Billy Six, who was arrested in Venezuela last November, was released yesterday. Human rights lawyer Carlos Correa told the PA, explaining that a court ordered the reporter's parole on espionage charges.
The freelance journalist will have to appear at the court every 15 days, he will not be able to talk to the media, but he will not be expelled and will be able to leave Venezuela if he wishes.
Yesterday the German media announced that Six, in prison since November 17, had started a hunger strike.
