ASNI (MOROCCO), FEBRUARY 24 - Prince Harry and his wife Meghan, pregnant with their first child, visited a school this morning in the Moroccan town of Asni, in the Atlas Mountains, to encourage adolescents to continue with education despite the difficulties.
The couple arrived in Asni with a helicopter from Rabat and was welcomed by the girls of the school run by the Moroccan foundation that deals with adolescents in rural communities whose parents do not have the means to support their education. The young people are guests of a boarding school as some of them come from villages 80 kilometers away.
"They know that our families live far from us and have asked us if we see them and if we miss them," said another 17-year-old Samira Ouaddi. The young girl then greeted Meghan with a henna ceremony, drawing a flower on her hand, as a lucky charm for the birth of the child, scheduled for April.
