The Spanish premier Pedro Sánchez has announced to his ministers that the general early elections will be held next April 28th. The Spanish media reports it. The prime minister thus avoided a super electoral Sunday, or a concentration of votes: the other papabile date was May 26, the day when the Spaniards will go to the polls for the European and Spanish municipal elections. To push Sanchez to accelerate the times and go to early elections is the rejection of the budget by the Parliament with the compact vote of the Popular Party, of Ciudadanos and of the Catalan independenceist of Erc and PdeCat. To weigh then it is a political crisis in Catalonia.
